We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you.

When you book a trip with Narwhal Boat Tours, that time is reserved exclusively for your group and is no longer available for other guests to book. Because of this, cancellations made close to your scheduled departure time may be subject to a partial refund.

The Policy

Customer Cancellations

12+ hours before departure: 100% refund
4–12 hours before departure: 50% refund
2–4 hours before departure: 25% refund
Less than 2 hours before departure: No refund

Inclement Weather

Your safety is our top priority. If inclement weather or unsafe water conditions cause Narwhal Boat Tours to cancel your trip, you will receive a 100% full refund.

Weather cancellations are determined by the captain and may include severe thunderstorms, high winds, unsafe wave conditions, or other weather and water conditions that could make the trip unsafe or unsuitable.

If possible, we will notify you as early as we can if weather conditions require us to cancel. When conditions allow, we may also offer the option to reschedule your trip for another available date.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at the designated meeting location at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Trips cannot always be delayed or extended due to late arrivals. Arriving late does not extend the duration of your trip and may result in a shortened trip or cancellation without a refund.
